We utilize 2D, multi-planar running assessments aided with slow-motion video recording and a head-to-toe assessment.
These methods help us gather detailed information regarding your foot strike pattern, stride length, cadence, posture, joint alignment, and muscle activation. We look for areas of weakness, imbalance, or asymmetries that may predispose you to injury and are causing you pain while running. Based on the findings of the analysis, we develop a personalized plan to address your specific needs and goals.
