Do you accept insurance?

We contract with most major commercial and government insurance providers including Medicare, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Tricare Prime, Tricare East, Tricare West, and ChampVA.

What if you are not in-network with my insurance?

Unfortunately, we cannot be in contract with some insurance providers, however we can provide you with the steps to apply for reimbursement from your insurance, or bill as an out-of-network provider. We also offer a very competitive cash pay rate. If cash pay rates are challenging to accommodate at time of services, we can offer payment plans at your convenience.

How long will the appointments take?

Typically, initial evaluations take 1 hour to about 1 hour 15 minutes and following treatment appointments take about 1 hour.

Yes! Our team consists solely of Doctors of Physical Therapy.

Will I be treated by the same physical therapist?

Yes! To preserve continuity of care, we encourage scheduling your appointments with the same physical therapist who evaluated you. We believe working with the same physical therapist will be the best strategy to help you achieve your goals and progress you through your rehab.

Will I be given exercises to do at home?

Absolutely! It is imperative we give you exercises to perform at home to help reduce your pain, and ensure you are improving. As you progress, your home exercise program will be updated to meet your current needs and address your biggest impairments at each stage of rehab.

Will I need to stop exercising?

Absolutely not. At Movement State, we believe staying moving is critical to ensuring the best opportunity for improvement. After a thorough evaluation we will review your current activities and make decisions that will only aid in your recovery. If modifications, pauses, or the substitution for a similar, less symptomatic movement need to be made to your current routine, we will help you understand why those decisions are impactful with your plan of care with the intention of returning to your desired routine as soon as possible.
